I had posted it on the website. We did not get any actual papers except on Richard Rich and Joseph Kobelt at the time as it was getting late and we had to look through several books and a lset of file cards. There is not much identifying information on either one that I got. The sponsors names are on the pages for Thomas Rich and John Rich.
