It is so hard to obtain information from Missouri to California and my grandfather was a very elusive character to say the least! I fortunately stayed on the internet tracking him down and I was lucky enough to obtain his death date and SS# before 9/11 shut down most privacy info on the net. I would appreciate any help! Pics would be fantastic. I found a 1/2 uncle from Wisconsin who gave me and my father a picture of my grandfather when he was in the army in California 9of course he was very, very young!).
