I'm sorry I haven't replied sooner but I go thru my sister-in-law's ancestry and she forgot to flip your letter to me! John left home when I was about 3 years old and I haven't seen him since. Since I started genealogy I have met another one of his son's, John, of course! Ha! He lives in Wisconsin and is a truck driver. That would be great if you had a picture of him or anything for that matter. I never really got to know him. He gave me a necklace when he left and I still have it. I just barely remember him. My father's name is John also as well as my brother. I have been trying to track him down since 1998 and that is when I found out he had passed away. Is there any way I could get a picture of his grave site? I know it is a lot to ask and I understand if you can't. I just want to know about him since it was so important for him to leave Missouri and go to California. From what I understand he was a bit different! Ha!
