Yes, the ages match up within two years for both Albert I and James A so I think it is them. I have also just found that Albert may have operated a sawmill in Brandy City. I would assume that James was there with him as they were close. I don't know the other two names - however there was a George Erwin Smith (another brother) who was with them at some point.
