Was a fellow in the 30's who drove a Plymouth pickup and horse trailer, with a Shetland pony and a "cowboy outfit" for kids, and all his photography parafanalia. All over the US, it turns out. I was about 2 and in those hairy chaps and cowboy hat, and the picture stayed on my godmothers dresser for years. In the 80's in N. Wisc I had occasion to work in scores of homes, older folks, older homes, at least 5 a week. Began to notice I was seeing that same cowboy getup picture where ever I went! Many could recall feeding him as well. A lot of drummers still existed into the 60's; a forgotten enterprise these days. --JD
