Is there an Etna Mills in Shasta Co? The photographer, F.E.Bosworth was there about 1890? The Shasta Historical Soc has sent me paper copies of Syme family photos, and one looks like a beauty<G> 7 people in a garden setting with names. Beautiful dress clothes. Helen and Myra Syme (these I know) Matt and Annie MacIlwain spelling vague, looking 40'ish Mary White and Charlie Kingsbury, maybe 20 Albert or Gilbert Kingsbury could be 15 or up. I remember the name MacIlwain in SF in the '40's, but never knew how related, nor the spelling. There was a Charles Kingsbury married Agnes Parker, Julia Parker Symes sister; but this one Charlie looks too young. But Agnes and Charles daughter Mary Kingsbury married Charles White, and their daughter Mary White would be this one in the photo, who married Fred Taylor, their daughter Patricia Taylor would be my age, born in the 30's. But WHO are the MacIlwains???? __JD
