I found the Shasta Co., CA - Index to Federal Land Records. In it I found John CHRISTENSEN's purchase of land. I am sending for those records. I received the form, from Reference Branch (Lands) National Archives, to find out exactly where his property was. In the process of looking up this information, and due to the fact that I am not proficient at cut/paste, I printed this pages out.
