Roy Nelson will officiate. Born March 11, 1931, in Los Angeles, he moved to Shasta County in 1973 from Los Angeles. He formerly was a machinist. He was a member of the National Rifle Association. Survivors include wife Shirley, sons Michael of Redwood City and Donald of Malta, Mont., and three grandchildren.
