WITZEL A funeral service will be held Thursday for Henry F. Witzel, a longtime Redwood City resident who died Sunday in Sequoia Hospital. He was 77. Mr. Witzel was born in Wisconsin and had lived in Redwood City for 29 years. He had retired from his job as a machinist for Dalmo Victor in San Carlos and was a member of Fun After 50 in Redwood City. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; three daughters, Terry McArdle of San Jose, and Given Thomas and Betty Ortiz, both of Redwood City; a brother, Van of Idaho; a sister, Vera Fry of Arizona; and seven grandchildren. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. at Crippen & Flynn Chapel with burial in Skylawn Memorial Park near Half Moon Bay. The family prefers contributions to a favorite charity.
