Beloved husband of thirty-five years to Joyce Richards; loving father of Lisa Ross and Greg Richards; father-in-law of Lonnie Ross Jr. and Kellie Richards. He is survived by loving brothers and sisters, Mike, Mary, Susie, Pat and Alice. He will soon join his late brothers Charlie and Leonard. Joseph will be missed by his mother-in-law June Carroll; brother-in-law Ron Carroll; four grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Joseph was a long-time member of Teamsters local 484 and spent his shortened retirement golfing with friends and walking his dog. Friends may visit Wednesday after 4:00 p.m. and are invited to attend a Vigil Service Wednesday 7:00 p.m. at DUGGAN’S SERRA MORTUARY, 500 Westlake Ave., D.C. Procession Thursday 9:30 a.m. from the mortuary, thence to St. Anne Church, S.F., where the Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Committal Holy Cross Cemetery.
