Farrell, 55, of 1164 Palou Drive, Pacifica. He died on Thursday at Fort Miley Veterans Administration Hospital in San Francisco after an illness. Farrell was the owner of a San Francisco service station. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and had served during World War II. He was a member of American Legion Post 238 of Pacifica. Survivors include his wife Helen, a son, Michael Farrell of San Jose; daughter, Maxine Maxwell of Pacifica; three sisters, LaVonne Jenkins of Bellflower, Dorothy Hebner of Palos Verdes, and Maxine Lynn of Minnesota; and four grandchildren. The rosary will be recited Sunday at 7 p.m. in the mortuary chapel of the Nauman and Lincoln Chapel-by-the-Sea Mortuary in Pacifica. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
