He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., was a graduate of Chico State University, and was active in the real estate and investment business. He was a member of the Galbraith Men’s Club in Oakland, the Republican Party, the San Francisco Board of Realtors, the San Mateo Elks Club. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Gloria; a son, Gregory, of Foster City; daughters, Lynette Dupree of Antioch and Stephanie Gildred of Rancho Santa Fe; a brother, Raymond, of Penn Valley; and four grandchildren. Friends may call at the White Oaks Chapel in San Carlos after 5 p.m. Thursday. A eulogy will be held at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services begin Friday at 11 a.m. at the chapel. Entombment will be in Skylawn Memorial Park near Half Moon Bay. The family suggests memorial gifts to the Hanna Boys Center, P.O. Moscini of Foster City, Lynette Dupree of Antioch and Stephanie Gildred of Rancho Santa Fe, brother of Raymond Moscini of Penn Valley, grandfather of Nicole and Gregory Moscini Jr., Tory Gilred and Michael Dupree. President of Transbay Cities Realty Co., Inc., San Francisco, member of San Mateo Elks Lodge #112, San Francisco Board of Realtors, Galbraith Men’s Club of Oakland and the Republican Party, alumnus of Chico State University. A native of Brooklyn, New York, aged 66 years. Funeral services will be held will be held Friday, July 25, at 11 a.m. at White Oaks Chapel, 1696 El Camino Real, San Carlos.
