She was born in Unionville, Mo and had been a California resident since 1948. Survivors include her son, Patrick Mitchum of Menlo Park; a sister, Maxine Green of San Carlos; and a brother, Paul Busbee of Sulphur Rock, Ark. Private services were held under the direction of the Sneider & Sullivan Funeral Home, San Mateo. Private burial was in Skylawn Memorial Park near Half Moon Bay.
