I am hoping to find an obituary for Aloysius Farrell, who died April 30, 1965 and was buried in Golden Gate National Cemetery as he was a veteran of WW I. The SSDI lists only "California" as his last residence. The California Death Index lists "San Francisco" county as his place of death. The San Francisco Library checked both the Examiner and Chronicle for an obit without success. I wonder if he died in a San Francisco hospital, but lived in another part of the area. I hope some kind person can help me find an obituary for him. I am hoping to discover if he had a wife or family or if he is the end of the line. I also wonder if Golden Gate National Cemetery might have a record of his last place of residence or some information about family. Has anyone gotten information from that cemetery?
