HENGEL. Passed away at his San Mateo home on April 10, 1996 at the age of 85. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Nina Hengel and many nieces, nephews, grandnices and nephews. Mr. Hengel served in the U.S. Army during WWII in the European campaign and was retired from Folgers Coffee after 35 years. Visitation will be held at O'Connell's Chapel, 1311 S. El Camino Real, San Mateo on Friday from 2 until 7:30p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at St. Catherine's Church, 1310 Bayswater Avenue, Burlingame. Inurnment will be private.
