Bettencourt, 46, 724 Main Street, Half Moon Bay, died suddenly yesterday at his home. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; seven children, Thomas Jr., Linda, Raymond, Gerald, Holly, Barbara and a step-daughter, Sharon Manzi; three sisters, Mary Nunes, Georgiana Cardoni and Olivia Bettencourt; three brothers, William of Daly City and John and Joe of San Bruno. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow from the Dutra Chapel, Half Moon Bay. The rosary will be recited at 8:30 tonight at the chapel. *** BETTENCOURT – In Half Moon Bay, April 11, 1968, Thomas George Bettencourt, late of 724 Main Street, Half Moon Bay. Son of the late Joseph and Mary Bettencourt; husband of Barbara Bettencourt of Half Moon Bay; father of Thomas Jr., Linda, Raymond, Gerald, Holly and BarbaraAnn, all of Half Moon Bay; stepfather of Sharon Manzi; brother of Mary Nunes, Georgina Cardoni, both of Half Moon Bay, Olivia Bettencourt of Montara, William Bettencourt of Daly City and John and Joe Bettencourt of San Bruno. A member of the Half Moon Bay Police Department Reserves. A native of San Mateo, Calif. Age 46 years. Friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. at the Dutra-Randleman Funeral Home, 645 Kelly Street, Half Moon Bay.
