FITZGERALD Billy W. Fitzgerald, 57, of South San Francisco, died Saturday in Kaiser Hospital, South San Francisco. He was a native of Arkansas. Survivors include his wife, Jean; two sons, Tracy and Billy; six daughters, Judy Nichols, Wendy Grainger, Frances Evans, Bettina Evans, Sherry Sherman and Laurie Edgington; his father, Ellis; and five grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Garden Chapel, South San Francisco.
