Doreen, Is there really an index? And would it be asking too much for you to look up a name for me too? I was told that my great grandfather Isaac Twing Trott, who died in November 1892 in San Luis Obispo, is buried there, in the Scofield Plot. My husband and I have traipsed all around that cemetery but have not found either name. I did find the death notice in the microfilmed newspaper at the library. I was very impressed with the facilities at the main library. Also, does anybody know where graves for people who died during the Spanish-Mexican era would be? We looked in the Catholic cemetery across the street from Lawn, but the earliest date was well into the American era. Sally Bertine Hollister, CA
