JoJo, I have a very sketchy family tree for the Trotts, so we can't rule yours out. However I don't see a match. But I would appreciate that address, or you may give her mine. My Isaac was the fourth child of Josiah Winship Trott and Sarah Otis Card. Isaac was born in 1860 in Bath or Woolwich, Maine. I just recently was given this family tree and there is absolutely no documentation with it. So I have a lot of research to do. There seems to be three discrete Trott families in the US: the first is descended from Thomas Trott and Sarah Proctor who arrived in Massachusetts in the early to mid-1600's; the second is a Trott family who arrived from Canada in the mid-1900's; and the third is the German Trotts who dropped the Von from the name.
