I have a Henry A. Fritch age 68 and single that is living in San Luis Obispo in 1910. The census shows he was naturalized in 1867 from Canada. Does anyone know how long a person had to be in the states before he was able to be naturalized at this time period of 1867? Trying to pinpoint entry time. Thank You. Also, I have a Ruth Nelson that is listed as Henry A. Fritch's neice in this census. It says she was born in Calif. abt. 1877 and her parents born in NJ and Canada. It states she is a teacher at the public schools. Does anyone have access to finding out anything about her as a teacher? Year books or anything? This is a new line in the family and may lead to the parents of Henry A. Fritch! Any help very welcome. Kathy Busby
