Lizze Case died in San Joaquin county, CA on 14 Oct 1938. Her husbands initials were F. R. Lizze was 77 years old. Do you think she died at the State Hospital? I am working full time right now.. but perhaps someone on the San Joaquin, CADI or Norcal list can do a dct for you. I don't think there would be an obit, as those who died at the Stockton state hospital seldom had obits... but may be worth a look. Records are private & about the only way to gain access is via court order or to have a physican request them for research purposes. The records, if they exist, will most likely be at the CA State Archives.
