The most concentration was in the Stockton, CA area. John C.M. Hannah and Elspeth Mitchell with 6 children left New Brunswick, Canada around 1891 to immigrate to Calif. The following daughters Mary B. m. Henry W. Breitenbucher; Elizabeth m. Lewis R. McCoy; John & Elspy's sons were: Rupert J. m.Agusta E. Reiss; Joseph W.; Grandsons Joseph W.Jr. m. Grace L.Moore ;Rupert W. m.Denzil E. Halstead.
