    3. Hi Sue & all her cc's Don Walker is concerned because he was given the inf. he has to be kept private. He is willing to allow them to be copied, without the medical information.. Now, I don't think he has the actual medical records, just a log of who died & of what (prob. inf. provided to County/State). I have requested to be able to copy (I will put a paper over the cause & any other inf. that looks to be in question of Don keeping his word) the name & date of death and hopefully where buried. If not where buried, then the name and date of death will at least allow one to look up a obit or death certificate for the other inf.. I think with that, Don is being more than fair. I think the waiting period on census is around 72-5 years.. some of the records are from 1940... so asking they be released via statute of limitations would mean hand separating those names ... a very daunting task & so time consuming.
