Silveira Sr, 84 of Ripon died Friday in a Manteca hospital. orn in Los Banos, Mr. Silveira had lived in Ripon 10 years. He retired after 65 years as a self-employed dairy farmer. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in turlock and the Moose Lodge in Newman. He enjoyed clamming, fishing, hunting and farming. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Cardoza of Modesto & Alberta Cookley of Chico; a son, Amos P. Silveira of Ripon; three sisters, Clorine Ford of Sacramento, and Mary Azevedo and Elizabeth Velno, both of Los Banos; tow sons, Henry Silveira of Idaho & ernest Silveira of Tulock; 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
