Posted on: SanJoaquin County Queries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ca/SanJoaquin/213 Surname: Benjamin Harrison Kerrick ------------------------- Just discovered your and Rebecca's James Wallace Kerrick and his connection to my Kerrick line. All I had on him was that he married Rachel McKiernan but I didn't know where they lived, etc. How interesting that they went to CA. He issibling to my ancester Thomas Ignatius Carrico Kerrick, both children of Benjamin Harrison Kerrick(175?-1838KY.) and Mary Carrico(@1771-1830Ky.) Other sibling include Othaniel Kerrick, Sarah Kerrick, Felix Kerrick, Joseph Kerrick,Levi Kerrick, Sebert Benedict Kerrick, Elizabeth Kerrick, Mary Kerrick??? and Benjamin H. Kerrick, Jr. Will be glad to share info with you if you don't have this. Re: slave plantation...BHK's will(1838)lists a few slaves, but to my knowledge there was no "plantation". He was one of the original members of St. Benedict's Catholic Church in Spencer Co., Ky. 6 slaves/1man 1woman, 3 boys and 1 girl - a family, I would guess. Hope this helps you all out in San Joaquin Co., CA.
