The welcome message will tell you how to request a lookup Once you have an exact date of death it would be much easier to have a volunteer help you with an obituary lookup. Have you done any census work for 1920 - it should tell you where and when she was born; A transcription of her death certificate would also give you burial information. But you need an actual date of death.
