Douglas dist/twp would be Stockton, San Joaquin county, CA I can check for an obit next week, probably Thursday. I can't do death certificate lookups, but as far as family info.. an obit ususally tells more. Perhaps someone on the CA-Death-Index list can get a transcription of the death certificate for you.
