Although this source does not have a photo for comparison (it does for a couple of earlier chiefs), I suspect the individual sitting in the seat with the "4-stars" on his sleeve is Chief Stevenson. Have no additional info on others. Dregging WAY BACK, I believe the locale is the station that was located at 25 South Hunter. Although it's been better than 60 years, I somehow vaguely recall the interior from looking in (who can resist wanting to see a fire truck up close) while the doors were open when passing by the station on my walk from the library, which was immediately to the south, north on Hunter on the way to catch the bus that ran on San Joaquin. Have you tried to see if the department can help out with the names? Vern D
