Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me with where I could find a copy of my great grandmother's birth record. I had sent a request to San Joaquin County and they replied that they couldn't find it. I am absolutely certain she was born in this county and can't figure out why there is no record. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. The following is her information: Lila Mae Bickford Born 10-17-1893 in San Joaquin County, CA Daughter of Charles W. Bickford and Mae Estelle Worth Bickford. Lila also had two older brothers. Ulmer Merrill Bickford was born 8-18-1884 and Earl Worth Bickford was born 12-24-1885, both also in San Joaquin County.
