Duncan, 66, of 2217 East Marsh Street, died in a local hospital Friday. He had been ill 10 days. Duncan was a member of Long Beach Lodge of Elks and officers of the local lodge will conduct services tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. in Frisbie & Warren Chapel. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Rose L. Duncan.
