She was born in Oakland and lived in Livermore for 19 years. Tavarossi moved to Stockton five years ago. She was a manager for Circle K. Survivors: husband, David Michael "Mike" Tavarossi of Stockton; children, Norma Marie Finkes and Damian K. Tavarossi, both of Stockton, and Joseph Bradley Finkes of Hayward; parents, James Downing of Stockton and Mavis and James Hunt of Mississippi; siblings, James Downing Jr. of Blue Mountain, Miss., Shirley May of Ashland, Miss., and Tyrone Downing and Timothy Moore, both of New York; and one grandson. Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Chapel of Callaghan Mortuary, 3833 East Ave., Livermore. Visitation: 1 to 9 p.m. today at the mortuary. Committal: Memory Gardens Cemetery, Livermore.
