    3. Unless someone is on this list and related, your request is much too vague for anyone to help you contact relatives.... Is Raymond deceased? If so, when? Someone might be able to get you a copy of his obituary. When was he born. If in CA then you might be able to find siblings listed in CABI? When did you last have contact with the family? If you are trying to locate a lost relative or friend, who lives in California, DMV's message forwarding service may assist you. There is a nonrefundable fee of $5 for this service, and here is how it works: You complete a Message Forwarding Service form INF 1211B. DMV will forward the message you wrote, if a positive match is found on the database. The response by the recipient is strictly voluntary. The department reserves the right to review the message for content and to reject any message that, in the opinion of the department, appears to be contrary to public interest. Rejected messages will be returned to the requester. For more information call (916) 657-8098 site to download the form is <http://www.dmv.ca.gov/forms/inf/inf1211b.htm> The form is as follows; Page 1 Instruction for sender of message. Requires name, address, phone #. Infor regarding the person you wish to contact: 1. full name, birthdate or approx age, OR 2. full name, driver license or ID card # OR 3. Vehicle License Plate or VIN # OR 4. Vessel CF (HIN) A $5.00 non-refundable service fee, payable by check or money order made payable to DMV. Messages addresssed to minors will not be forwarded. I suppose he could be a cousin. Andrew F. & John F were father and Son, Rose was John's wife. Andrew and his wife Gemma had 5 children Dora, John, Mary, Joseph and Emma. Andrew came to the US in 1901 through Ellis Island Gemma came in 1912 through Ellis Island. You might try checking the Ellis Island records to see if there was a Bart, however, many people from other countries changed their names to sound more American. Go to www.ellisisland.orgpassenger.com and give that a try. I have an 88 year old Aunt I will ask her tomorrow if that name rings a bell. Also were are you located at, I know there are a lot of Ferini's in the San Jose and Bay area. Did your grandfather have any brothers or sisters. Hope this will help....Hedi

    2. Margie
    3. Hi everyone: Marge Campbell here: Just purchased a yearbook in excellent condition for 1918 Lodi High Lancers. It is chock full of poems and feelings on WWI, including a list of young men from Lodi High who were currently in service, along with the usual photos, etc that a yearbook contains. I am not sure when, but will offer this for sale at a much later date, meanwhile, if you had a relative in Lodi, San Joaquin County in 1918, I will check for their names. Be patient, I go back to work tomorrow. Marge http://www.rootsweb.com/~moiron2 Iron County MO Web Page http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~mcampbel/home.htm Margie Campbell's Web Page

Surnames: Boles; Buren; Edwards; Campbell; Deveney; Wenstrom Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/AY.2ADE/145.2 Message Board Post: The Stockton State Hospital/Asylum is no longer in use. It closed about 1990. The records are held at the Calif State Archives. They are considered medical records, and are not released except to a physician. I have tired & so have others to get these released, with little success. I have a request in to the City of Stockton, and Sen. Barbara Matthews for help in this matter (BMatthews referred me back to Stockton). There is a State Hospital cemetery that was never properly abandoned. This cemetery still contains over 3,500 inmates from the old State Hospital. The last date of use was 1919. After that date the dead were sent to Stockton Rural, Parkview, or Lodi Memorial cemeteries. A few were sent to French Camp. If you have an ancestor who died between 1875-1919 & you know they died at the Stockton State Hospital (this was a STATE facility, so folks from all over Calif were housed here) I would love to know about it... especially if you can't find where your pers! on was buried. The Stockton, San Joaquin county, CA federal census lists the entire staff & inmates of the State hospital at the end of the Stockton section. I have 1860 (lists reason for commital), 1900. I have not gotten to the 1870-80 & 1910 yet, as I am primarilly interested in getting a monument and proper recognition for this old cemetery. It was 15 acres, with 5 acres known to house the dead. There is bu 1.39 acres left unused, the rest of the 5 acres has several buildings & parking lots on them. There was an error in zoning, so they were allowed to build on the property in error. http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~mcampbel/Calif/ will take you to more information on this old cemetery, including photos of what little is left.
