Hi Does anyone have access to 1858 and prior San Francisco Directories. I have the 1859 directory on disk and it classes people by occupation so I suppose the prior ones would also.If you do would you look for Specht J. shown on the 1859 list under BREWERS (also on 1860 census as Brewer) If you would like an 1859 lookup let me know the name and occupation Thanks Bob Specht
