Can anyone tell me who or what agency to contact about foster children in San Francisco during the depression? My uncle was put into foster care in SF as a baby and now needs documentation of his identity, who can he contact? I am hoping someone has done similar research for genealogical reasons and may know. My mother only remembers where the agency was located, but not it's name. Thank you, Jill
