I have been trying to identify the location of the 12 wards in San Francisco (in 1870). This is in part because I am currently transcribing the 1870 Census for San Francisco (currently have 62 pages complete in Ward 1), but I have no idea what the boundries of each ward are. Does anyone have any idea what parts of San Francisco were in each ward?. Sincerely, Edward, Sr.
