And after all that, I was told turn over times were 4 - 6 months. Since then, it would appear that the situation is worse. Other states do not have the option of going to the state source or the county. You send your info to the state source, and get your reply within one month. And, if they cannot find the record, they send back your check. My experience with Sacramento was horrible, and they kept the money.
