Bill The other night I was walking up Grove and on the 700 block there is a old brick building on the S.W. corner of Grove and Buchanan. It has a date on it of 1927, but it looks, much older. Also there is some lettering on the Grove side, that looks like something "Library" something. Do you know anything about it, thanks.
