Source: THE MANSFIELD HERALD (Mansfield, Richland Co., Ohio): 25 July 1889, Vol. 39, No. 36 SAN FRANCISCO, JULY 22 -- It is asserted by an Oakland evening paper that the missing will of Thomas H. Blythe, the deceased millionaire, has been found. A contest is now going on in Superior Court here for a division of the estate. The authority given by the paper is that W.H.H. Hart, the counsel for the plaintiff, Florence Blythe, the millionaire's alleged illegitimate daughter. It is said the will has been brought to light at Los Angeles and Hart has started for that place. It is reported that the will leaves the whole estate, valued at about $4,000,000 to Florence Blythe, with the exception of about $100,000 in legacies.
