    3. Hi Barbara, My suggestion would be to locate obits for Eugene and Bridget. The obits would list who attended the services/funerals, which I have had luck in learning the daughters married names, also cousins. I would also try to locate the male's Brian and Eugene obits. Hoping they were a close net family. You stated "According to their fathers Obituary the three girls by 1905 were all married and living in California." Their father, I presume you are referring to Eugene Cunningham, do you know when and where he died, for this obit, would mention the married names of his daughters. You stated that Ellen, Fanny and Mary Jane returned to America with Mary Edgeworths parents. Returned to America from where? Do I presume San Francisco was their destination and about when? Do you know when Eugene Cunningham died, I presume he was born about 1844, for I cannot find him in the 1900 census. I also presume all the Cunningham's were born in California, including the father Eugene? Do you have this family in 1870, do you have Eugene and children in the 1880 census? I have tried in the 1870 census by soundex, all states to find a Fanny, Honorah, Mary, Brian, etc....so I am thinking they were not in the USA in 1870 and since you are in Austraila, I presume this family came from either Oz or NZ. -- Regards, D.R. 3. Hi Doc Thanks for the advice. I have Eugene's obituary, there wasn't one written for Bridget. Both Eugene and Bridget were born in Ireland. He moved to Australia in 1858 and brought Bridget out in 1862. All of their children were born in Australia. I have two of Eugene's obituaries, in the larger of the two, it merely states that 3 daughters from his first marriage had moved to America and were married and living in Califomrnia, Eugene died in 1905 that's why i said that by 1905 they were all married and living in California. According to the San Francisco passenger listing for the Zealandia, Ellen and Mary arrived in San Francisco on the 15th of February 1897 having travelled from Australia. It states that they were meeting family a Mrs G Rice an Aunt. So far i haven't been able to find her. I haven't found Fanny going to America yet either. Thanks so much for your help and advice, believe me any further suggestions will be welcome.
