Hi, Anyone know if they listed births in any SF Newspapers back in 1863. I have an exact date Dec. 14, 1863 and was hoping to find a source. I can't figure out if my gggf had two brothers very close in age or were they twins. Thanks, Cathie Also has anyone had any luck looking up Lutheran Baptism Records in SF during this time?

Cathie There were two papers in San Francisco, at the time. One the San Francisco, had just started on Dec 8, 1863, but on the roll of film they have Dec 13 and then the next is Dec 17 and then Dec 24. The California Alta film has all the dates, guessing that you are looking for a Johnson,;-) none listed for the days I checked.
