Hi Tami, I'd really appreciate it if you could look for a John Francis Donnelly that was born in Ireland in 1899 (I think) and died abt. 1926 in New York. I don't have access to ancestry.com and I didn't feel like joining to look for this person. He is the grandfather of a close friend of mine. If you find him, let me know please. Occupation was: Policeman I was told. Maybe this will help. I know he was married before he died but I don't know when. In any event, he should show up in the New York census I hope.
