    3. I am trying to find information on a poet that lived in San Francisco in the 40's, 50's and 60's. She was part of the North Beach Beat Scene. Her name is Madeline Gleason. She is a distant relative of my wife. She died in the early 1970's. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

    3. What information are you looking for? You're more likely to get a meaningful response if you are specific about what you are looking for. Are you looking for family information or information on her life as a poet? According to the California Death Index, Madeline Gleason was born 26 January 1903 in North Dakota and died 22 April 1979 in San Francisco. There is a lot of information on Madeline Gleason on the Internet. Just do a Google search on her name.
