I found my great-grandparents (1893) on the Western Marriages site. I then wrote to the county recorder and requested what they had. They sent me a photocopy of the register it was entered in. In Latah County it cost me $2. I had sent a check for $15 (I figured that was an average amount that States charge) with the request which they sent back to me with the copy and a note to send $2. The site says it has marriages to 1930. I entered my name and it popped up with my first marriage in 1963.
