O Good....so far I am not seeing a follow-up in the Tribune that might reveal the outcome, but I'll look a little further. I might add, though, for historical context, that 1964 was a rather hot year regarding abortion. There are articles about Sherry Finkbind and the Thalidomide babies....numerous stings were being carried out through this summer in the East Bay, employing women undercover agents, one noted to be from Stockton, but unnamed, beyond this trial...as well there is much legislation in the works in Sacramento and it is being debated by the legislators, academics, and clergy.
