Hello Cohens, Sorry I didn't add to many vitals because I thought what year she was born was more important since I know where she was born and and know a lot about her family from Census and City Directories. I was sort of thinking it wouldn't matter for what art school she may have gone to. But if that will help here's more info: Ruth Veronica Johnson b. SF, CA in CA to Albert & Mary Johnson (they are mentioned in the Glenn Park Book on history of Chenery Street. There is a picture on page 102 of her in kindergarten holding a Teddy Bear. There are other photos on page 88, 92, 93 of her sisters, parents and grandparents. She lived most of her young ife at 200 Chenery, but her father died in 1912 so moved over to 68 Park in 1915. Like I mentioned earlier she marries Irving Condon in 1937, at Mission Dolores. She died in SF in 1945. I do have a lot of info on her parents! Although I'm always willing to read or find more! I hope that helps! Most of the art I have seen is pen and ink and water colors if that helps. We can't assume she was born in SF per se, and there are a number of Ruth Johnson's born around then in Calfornia, none with middle initial V. that I could find.
