Does anyone know where I can find the 1931 S. F. book/index of registered voters? The S.F> history room has earlier ones and the CA Historical Society in Oakland has 1928 but I need 1931or 32 or 33. I am looking for Abel DERMINGHEM who was naturalized in 1930.
