Christine... Palou Street/Avenue is in the residential neighborhood known as "Bayview." It is in the southeastern corner of San Francisco and very near to the old Hunter's Point Naval Shipyard as well as Candlestick Park, former home of the S.F. Giants & current home field of the S.F. 49ers. When I was growing up in S.F., the Bayview was populated with lots of Italian and Maltese immigrants. Today, only a few of the original families remain, and the neighborhood has become pretty "rough around the edges." As for your specific address, I can't help you out since I live about 3 hours from S.F. these days. Perhaps someone has a reverse directory who can check the address? Good luck...
