No one is pretending to be someone else and there is no who that's doing this, other than the original creator of the virus who could be living in Madagascar for all we know. It's a virus that, when you download an attachment, infects your hard drive, then sends out e-mails to people who are listed in your address book, using your e-mail address as the sender, without you knowing it. If you, Susanna, had this virus, people not educated on viruses and how they work, could very well be accusing *you* of being a hacker and you, not knowing the virus had infected your computer, would have no idea what they were talking about. A *hacker* is a person who generally invades websites to extract confidential info. You can educate yourself at any of the company sites who make anti-virus software on the latest viruses and how to protect yourself. Symantec.com, McAfee.com, etc. To educate yourself on hackers just type in the word "hacker" at any browser and surf to your hearts content, there's alot out there.
