I am seeking lookups in either city directories or phone books for my Grandparents. His name was Bernard SCHWICKERATH, DOB:14July 1866. He arrived in San Francisco from Germany in 1888. Her name was Josephine THOMAS, DOB:27January1869. She came from Germany to San Francisco in 1896. They married in 1896 and their first child, William, was born in San Francisco in 1897. I have not been able to find any official records on any of them from San Francisco so I hope they were listed in a city directory or a phone book. Thank you, Barbara
