The hotel, and in fact the address, do not appear in the 1905 and 1908 directories. It does show up in 1917 and 1921. It appears to be a residential hotel, with Mrs. Gertrude E. Noble proprietress and Charles Durrell clerk. There are no other Nobles living at the facility.
